  1. What is Photosynthesis?
    Photosynthesis is a biological process that converts light energy, usually from the sun, into chemical energy stored in glucose and other organic molecules. This process occurs in the chloroplasts of plant cells and involves the use of pigments, primarily chlorophyll, to capture light energy.
  2. Why is Photosynthesis Important?
    Photosynthesis is vital because it provides oxygen as a byproduct and serves as the foundation of food chains on Earth. Plants and algae are the primary producers, creating organic matter that herbivores, omnivores, and carnivores consume for their energy needs.
  3. The Chemical Equation of Photosynthesis:
