Joy Pittman

Joy Pittman is a true “people” person, and she embodies that title, naturally! As a certified Senior HR Professional, holding a Master’s in Human Resources Management, a Bachelor’s in Economics, Joy is known in many capacities as a go-to human resources expert, a genius people strategist, a dynamic public speaker and a respected educator, but it’s the title “Sprinkler of Black Girl Magic” that surrounds people in her fairy dust of success and leaves them both inspired and ready to win!

With Joy, Winning is the Only Option!

In 2020, as the entire world stared in the face of uncertainty caused by the

COVID-19 pandemic, Joy made a bold move to leverage her 15-plus years of HR experience to help Black founders and visionaries close their vision execution gap by positioning the right people in the right places to get things done.

That Bold Move Gave Birth to HR For The Culture™!

Three years later, HR For The Culture™ continues to fulfill its mission to provide a full spectrum of human resources services to Black-owned women-led businesses and not for profit organizations that helps them build D.O.P.E. teams, grow faster, serve better and be more profitable.

She serves on the advisory board for the Transformational Leadership Program at Pace University in NY. For more information on Joy, her work and her impact, please visit www.HRForTheCulture.com.
